Return & Refund Policy

At Minecroftshop, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@minecroftshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items that show signs of wear or use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
